Outdoor Learning

The quality of our outside spaces demands the very best in outdoor learning experiences for our pupils.
We are confident that we provide these.
Outdoor education is a timetabled weekly session for all classes, from foundation to year 6,  through the course of an academic year.
In particularly inclement weather, these lessons  take place in our wonderful school yurt- a facility that provides us with unique opportunities to carry on 'outside' whatever the weather!
Above and beyond specific outdoor education, our class teachers look for every opportunity they can to enhance all learning with the use of the outdoors. From maths to history- if it would work better outside, that's where you'll find us!
Our two outdoor education specialists are Miss. Bevis and Mrs. Bray.
