This half term our topic is 'Why are Florence Nightingale and Rosa Parks remembered today?' We will be learning all about why Florence Nightingale was called “the Lady of the Lamp,” how she changed nursing, who Rosa Parks was, and how she challenged the world, and we will compare how both women helped change society.
