Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO)

Mrs Bray is our SENDCO

The main areas of leadership in SEND:

Supporting the identification of children with special educational needs in the school,

Coordinating provision for children with SEND,

Tracking and monitoring the progress of children with SEND,

Ensuring that the school keeps the records of all pupils with SEND up to date,

Supporting colleagues in ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of children with SEND,

Liaising with parents of children with SEND,

Liaising with other providers, educational psychologist and external agencies.
