March 2018

16th March 2018
County Cross-Country
In Years 5 and 6, pupils entered a cross-country competition at Penair High. There were 3 races but only 8 students could go through to the second race at Pool Academy. The successful students were: Matisse, Harry & Findlay (Year 5) and Henry (Year 6).
Finally in the last race held on 15th March, in Newquay, Henry and Findlay competed. Henry said the best part of the day was seeing the finishing line and coming 5th place.
Although Findlay prefers cricket and hockey, for which he shows real passion, he still loves running and said 'I loved representing my school- Kea'.
We are immensely proud of all who competed but especially Findlay and Henry.
